Words have a lot of power. Words especially said in an eloquent way can make you king e.g the talent of Barak Obama or words said not eloquently can make you a fool and you can even end up in jail e.g Mujhe kyoun Nikala by Nwaz Sharif. Although both of these people are the biggest hypocrites and Obama especially the biggest rat as they use the word for such a person in Mafia, but a good example to emphasize the importance of words.
Being a Muslim I often encounter words that are somehow associated with Muslims or Islam but their meanings are extremely distorted and muslims and non muslims use them abuse them sometime knowingly and sometimes unknowingly.
As an avid observer of semantics from successful people and a student of information war and propaganda I really feel this is a great time to reinvent and reword a number of outdated islamic terminology.
This need is more and more conspicuous by the fact that followers of Islam are stereotyped with certain specific terminologies that have some hidden undertones and malign agendas. for example
Muslim: follower of islam or a terrorist
Quran: a holly book, a historic book or a book that preaches zero rights for women
Islam: a religion of 1 billion people, a religion of Gucci revolutionaries muslims or a religion of terrorists shouting Allah hu akbar or a religion that preaches Jihad and kill non muslims or a religion that negates all of the above and is the single hope left for the world.
There can be number of other examples.

and dig up some old Irish leader Gerry Adams interviews and compare them with interviews that BBC takes with non English speaking prominent people. You will very easily notice how BBC is able to convey a certain message that they are unable to accomplish with native English speaking but who don't necessarily carry the same agenda as that of BBC.
I give BBC example in particular as this is an era where English is the most spoken language around the world. It is an international language and one of the reason English are getting away with whatever stupid or outrageous or provocative act. Sometimes when they are caught red handed it is a lot of fun to watch their desperation (besides the fact). For example:
You cannot beat them in their language to convey your point. Well it does happen but it is very rare and if it does happen they employ every means to sensor that sometimes even in real time.
At the same time we see that English speaking countries mostly west in particular and other nations mostly referred to as first world nations seem to be lost. They have many problems. They seem to take 1step forward and 2 steps backward. They haven't figured out a proper system of governance. Despite a rich history of art and philosophy they can't figure out some basic laws of governance and justice and it seems they will keep experimenting with different political systems from capitalism to socialism to anarchism etc etc.
If you look at some of the islamic teachings they are quite dramatic and provocative. They wow you for a moment but the very next moment dismissed due to many many biases and wrong associations. These wrong associations are due to the many other negative connotations associated with the specific terms that are employed to explain them as in example above.
It is for this reason a precious piece of knowledge is being overlooked by west. Possibly the intention is deliberate or not deliberate the scholars in east and west especially followers of islam should take a mission to change the old deformed misused terms to new modern terms that could get more practical application. As an example consider these alternatives:

islam: Ibrahimic religion
Quran: a book of laws for ghost, humankind and aliens (I bet many people around the world will be intrigued)
The point is people of the world can point out many ills of a capitalist system or its opposite socialist system but they cannot come up with an alternative. Many authors have written many best sellers for pointing out all that but if you ask them have they read Quran the answer is negative. They don't know that Quran says You get what you have toiled for. Or interest is as if you are at war with nature.
A rework of the islamic terminology might possibly attract the readers to this how to live 101 and possibly whole of humanity can benefit with this overlooked knowledge for very silly reasons.
Clintons are possibly two people I hate the most in this whole wide world. It is a word that blisters my tongue. Being a resident of North America, Canada specifically I get news about US politics every day and hardly any day goes by when I do not read hear or see something about Clintons. Many people especially people in United States support and hate them. While it is hard to understand why would someone still support them it is very obvious why people hate them. There are many proven facts starting from the on going Clinton foundation hearings to Democrate primary fraud to "basket of deplorables" to Libya and Syria the list goes on and on and one can easily find tons of material easily online about the Yugoslav and Iraq war criminal a la Mr Clinton and Ms Clinton of the we came we saw he died and then an evil laugh lady. Does she even deserve to be called a lady. Lets call her some abstract evil material from which other forms of evil are created.
All of the US presidents are war criminals. They serve their terms make wars order killing of thousands of innocent people but yet their image of some larger than life figure remains and they remain untouchables. As internet grew and with the start of social media the information started flowing more easily and many intelligent and interesting people whose voice would never get heard was getting heard and more and more people came to know and discuss about the crimes of these icons and these days anyone who praises these people really sound stupid and ill informed.
With the betrayal by the worst president ever Obama who planted the very seeds for a person like Trump America got more divided The division of nation may not sound good but in my opinion this division served a great purpose of exposing the criminals who in very near past were running their criminal empire under the guise of good guys.
As they were exposed more and more these criminals did some very stupid mistakes. It is as if they were caught off guard. Not comprehending the situation or willfully they doubled down on their usual age old and proven ways of colonial crimes. How ever this just added to the list of blunders that everyone understood and so didn't buy their crap. The most current examples of these include continuous support of ISIS and blaming Russia for the loss in 2016 elections. Every one knows that they are not fighting ISIS they are fighting for ISIS and everyone knows that it was in fact democratic party that did fraud in primaries not Russia (Ray McGovern explains about that in detail here, "there is no there there" ).
However we see that despite the masses know their crimes, the Clinton in particular, who are in the news everyday, haven't seen any hint of getting adjudicated for their crimes. In my view this is a great reality that is unspoken, but it is right there infant of us and it is that unsaid truth my dear fellow reader that you are either with us or against us. Clintons represent that other divide. If they can be brought to justice it can dismantle the whole system. It can bring down their business empires. If they can be brought to justice Obama, Bush Carter, and then their defence secretaries CIA, FBI every one would be brought to justice. If they are brought to justice their financiers the big corporations would have to be brought to justice. The question is, do we as common people have the power to do that or not. Their card are exposed and now their is no hidden conspiracy. Now they do the crime by announcing it on CNN and BBC. They are saying to us yes it is like that and it is going to stay like that. And so Clintons cannot be brought to justice in this current system America would need a revolution to bring Clintons to justice.
Pakistanis are sharp people! I visited Pakistan last year and the time of my arrival was when Ramazan was in full swing.I was invited to an iftari the very next day.I called Kareem and sat in the back seat of the car.The driver was a young lad after some silence and me observing the utter chaos on the streets he said have you come from abroad?Bit surprised by his right guess I asked what makes him say that he replied Jo bahar se aata hey uska bethna mukhtalif hota hey.But I digress.
After some cabbie talk and usual questions possibly always asked to expatriates namely how can you get the visa, he asked what you would like to be fixed in Pakistan.I said the authorities should bring some peace on the roads.Nobody knows how to drive and no one is following the rules…upon that he sighed and said if people start following rules on the roads, whole Pakistan would get better!
For some reason, this statement got stuck in my head and I kept thinking about it.I thought this young intelligent driver is right, following the rules on the roads means you are following the rules everywhere.
The question of how to fix Pakistan maybe the most discussed topic in Pakistan.Maybe its also because of our general lazy attitude towards things.We just want to discuss we do not want to act.
But yet I want to discuss this same topic and I want to bring it forward as I have never heard this solution from any great Pakistani thinkers who gather in gatherings in parks in restaurants in offices in political gatherings such as Zardari Jalsa to Nawaz Sharif Jalsa and Imran Khan Jalsa to MMA Jalsa and from QuranKhwani parties to Dance Parties. (I have only attended Quran Khwani Parties :( ).
As you must have guessed by now from the title of this article what I am pointing to.Yes fix Pakistan Sports fix Pakistan. (I should trademark this slogan).
But before I can give few arguments in support of this statement I should tell whoever is reading this, that personally, I do not give how to fix ideas…for the simple reason I have to fix my own stuff and there is a lot to be fixed in that realm. 2nd I personally believe Pakistan, as quoting one of my late friend Uncle, has missed the boat.We are a beggar country and our fate is mostly decided in Washington and Beijing.Personally, I wish if it had to decide somewhere it was Moscow (why, well that's for another time).
Yet I wanted to write about it as currently we have a PM
who is a proven sports star (a sports star who sort of didn’t turn into a tablighi also a good topic for another time).Being a top sports star I bet he understands what traits sports embeds in you.He must know the benefits of sports: the competition, the health, the strategy the tactics the pain the toil the tears the laughter the friendships the camaraderie the passion the respect the fame the admiration the training the discipline the politics the will the determination the defeats and also a source of income.
So 1992 cricket world cup winning prime minister of Pakistan it is not possible that you do not know all these benefits and possibly this may be he easiest thing to do in Pakistan. I don’t know if anyone in Paksitan would have any objections to this from bureaucrats to feudals from religious to no religious why would they object over organizing and increasing sports activities in Pakistan.
We do not need big stadiums we do not need swimming pools and nice tennis courts. There are many sports that do not need much and all you need is proper management and state supervision. As for the infrastructure there is no need to invest in new facilities. The existing one should be fixed and used to full capacity as most of it is not utilized.
Sports will build a whole new economy and will strengthen the local industry. Sports will become a source of income from coaches to athletes, sports will occupy our youth who are usually roaming around doing nothing.Sports will improve the general outlook of the nation and bring out talent to compete internationally.
And here is my last wish We should start with Pakistan Hockey.Field hockey was a subcontinent thing.Especially Pakistan dominated hockey for a long time.Like any other institution in Pakistan Hockey became garbage.The introduction of astroturf acted like a catalyst in the deterioration of hockey standard in our country.How about we revive grass hockey why we have to stop playing on grass maybe India and Pakistan can have a grass hockey tournaments throughout the year!
What a world we live in! One moment it is Brexit where May could just may, the other moment Huawei CFO gets abducted in Vancouver to mass protests all over France. The other trouble makers such as Iran, Syria, Venezuela etc etc can be put in brackets where US of A cancels the whole equation.Then there is mother Russia testing out their latest and greatest weapons looking down from somewhere up top with a smirk.The drama news just never ends.Pass on the popcorns!
But the sweetest event that is, in fact, ongoing are the French protests I mean Oh LALA!France as whole and Paris, in particular, the cradle of western glitter and gold, its streets and alleys a symbol of western success story and democracy and thousands of years of evolution and enlightenment burning and looking like a war zone! Bravo people of France just when there was no hope in the collective west you rise up! Governments are strong and they are armed with gunship helicopters and SWAT teams but the courage of a Molotov thrower is more dangerous. French you have proved the resistance is alive and healthy.
Before the gunship helicopters though come out the type of resistance from the other side is a lot more fun to observe.It is now so blatant and open that it gives great euphoric feeling when you point it out and help you really understand the matrix.Have a look, the French protests were so obvious and a big news item but you see a blanket cover on this news.There is no mention and when there is it is a slight mention and moving on to next item which usually believes it or not Trump Russia gate and his possible impeachment.
Why it is important for major media houses to not to report French yellow vests protests.How does it matter for CNN, BBC, CBC etc to not tell us about those protests?But isn’t it great that they choose that road as it helps you and me who give it a little thought understand that there is a smokescreen and that smokescreen is their nice talk and being champions of human rights?
Those protests are against taxing diesel fuel but it is not just that Macron who is a Rothschild boy as president has single-digit popularity!.The first act he did once he came to power was to abolish the wealth tax.French do not want this regime any more!
